COMIC-CON 2013

Posted on 09:08 by Unknown

If you watch Big Bang Theory, then you know everything about Comic-Con.  125,000 generally costumed fanatics will descend on the San Diego Convention Center today through the weekend.  Think geek, Godzilla, Metallica, escapism....  This can go on for a few more pages.

The upcoming summer films will be featured:

  • City of Bones
  • Riddick
  • Kick-Ass 2
  • The World's End
  • I, Frankenstein
I'm no longer into comics, but there is something to fantasy and entertainment.  Here is CNN's Top 15 events:
  • The X-Files' 20th Anniversary
  • Enders' Game with Harrison Ford and Divergent
  • Dexter
  • Veronica Mars
  • Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
  • Game of Thrones
  • The Amazing Spider-Man 2 with Jamie Fox and Emma Stone
  • Orphan Black
  • Godzilla / 300: Rise of an Empire with George Clooney / Gravity with Sandra Bullock
  • The Hunger Games:  Catching Fire
  • The Wolverine / Dawn of the Planet of the Apes
  • Thor / Captain America
  • Breaking Bad
  • 50th anniversary of Doctor Who
  • Community

One can only worry some, but is this the essence of American culture today???
